Dear Guys & Maureen,

I just wanted to tell you guys thanks again for giving me the VIP treatment. I really appreciate the way you worked around my time frame and set me up with this incredible leg. It feels pretty good to not have to work my schedule around my pain. Thanks also for making sure all my paper work was taken care of, so that it was a no hassle operation on my part. I feel like I have an Ace in the hole in Memphis.

Thanks again and keep it between the ditches.

Dear Skip,

This acknowledgement has been way too long in coming but I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such great care of my daughter, Ashley.

You and your staff have turned what could have been a tremendous ordeal into basically a non-event!

Thanks for being such a great friend. Your care and concern for your patients is unparalleled.

God Bless you,

Max and Ashley

Dear Precision Prosthetics:

On June 3, 1966, while in the service, I was wounded and lost my right foot and a portion of my leg just below the knee. For 32 years I have worn a prosthesis with a waist belt, knee strap and sach foot. I am now 52 years old. For the past several years, the Veterans Administration (VA) has tried to make me a new prosthesis. None of their efforts were satisfactory or the prosthesis has failed in one way or another. Recently, I got with Skip at Precision Prosthetics and he said that we could make a leg superior to the one I had. He also said if I was not completely satisfied with the new prosthesis, he would make me another of the same type that I already have. With my old prosthesis, I had to wear a 5-ply stump sock. Two to three hours into a day, I would have to change the sock because my leg would sweat and rub blisters. I would also have to change the sock approximately three times a day and could only wear the leg for about eight hours.

I now have my new prosthesis. The leg Skip designed for me is a linear type with a flex foot. To me, it is state-of-the-art. For the first time in 32 years, and on the very day I got the new leg, i was able to run. It was one of the most incredible feelings. Words could not begin to express my feeling. When my family say me running, they were amazed. I never could have run with the other leg. The other day after a full day of working in the yard, my wife said to me that my eldest son has said that with the other leg I would not have lasted half that long outside nor do the work in which that I was doing. I am able to wear the new prosthesis for over 12 hours per day when required.

I am writing you this letter to thank you and express how much I appreciate what you and your staff at Precision Prosthetics have done for me. Thank you again.

Sincerely,

Charlie A. Hammand

Dear Skip.

I am writing this letter to express my deepest gratitude for the service and friendship that I have received from you and your staff over the several years of our association. In the twenty years that I have been using an artificial limb, I have visited many prosthetics facilities in different locations across the country. I will be the first to say that my association with you, your company, and your staff has been far and away the most rewarding and most satisfying.

I am particularly pleased with the quality that has gone into everything you have done for me, from the way my limb fits to the way it looks. The fact that you, Anthony and the rest of your staff are willing to do so much more than the minimum required makes me feel like more than just a patient, and I would be hard pressed to find words to show my appreciation for that. I know also that I am not the only one who feels that way.

I think more than anything though, I appreciate the friendship that we have built. It's a rather unique feeling to go to a medical facility of any kind and know that you are among people you consider friends, and for that I thank you very much.

I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas and the happiest of new years.

Sincerely,

Dave
